Zhengfeiyang (Finn) Zhang
Hi, thanks for stopping by — you can call me Finn. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s degree in the Miyao Group at the University of Tokyo.
My research interest, broadly speaking, is in how AI can make a meaningful impact on the world. This includes — but is not limited to — exploring unified representations across different modalities to design and train more capable, more general-purpose models, as well as adapting existing powerful models to downstream tasks so that their full potential can be realized in real-world applications.
I’m still at the early stage of my research journey. At the moment, I’m working toward publishing my first academic paper and starting my first research internship. I’m open to exploring different directions, and I look forward to eventually diving deep into a specific area. If any of this resonates with you, or if you’re curious about my work, I’d love to hear from you!
